Contact
The alliance operates online. All correspondence is by email, and every message reaches the secretariat.
Where to write
| What it is about | Address |
|---|---|
| Membership, working groups, general enquiries | info@globalchargingalliance.com |
| Corrections, updates or removal of a directory entry | corrections@globalchargingalliance.com |
| Press and media | info@globalchargingalliance.com |
Response times
The secretariat aims to acknowledge every message within three working days, and to give a substantive answer within ten. Correction and removal requests are treated as priority and are actioned within five working days — see the corrections and removal page for the process.
If you are a company listed in the directory
You do not need to be a member to ask for a change to your entry. If the entry is wrong, out of date, or you would simply rather not be listed, write to corrections@globalchargingalliance.com with the entry URL. You will not be asked to justify the request.
If you are reporting an error in published material
Guides and reference pages are reviewed, but they can be wrong. If a page misstates a requirement or attributes something to the wrong organisation, send the page URL and the specific problem. Where a correction is made, it is recorded on the page.
What the alliance cannot help with
The alliance cannot certify a product, issue a test report, interpret a regulation on behalf of a regulator, or confirm whether a specific product complies with a standard. Enquiries of that kind are best directed to the issuing organisation or an accredited test house. The standards index lists who to approach.
